What should be paid attention to in the process of the lost-flow mold production line
The pouring process of the lost foam production line is the process of steel liquid filling and foam mold evaporation. Throughout the process, it should be noted that: (1) The runner shall be filled with molten steel from beginning to end. If it is not met, because the coating strength is limited, it is easy to cause sand collapse and air intake, resulting in casting defects. (2) When pouring molten steel, grasp it to ensure stability, accuracy and speed. Instantly fill the pouring cup so that it flows in rapid succession, about one ton of molten steel a minute. If the molten steel of the casting in the same box is cut off, air will be sucked in, causing the sand hole to collapse or increase the porosity of the casting, resulting in the casting scrap.

Introduction of Lost Foam Casting Materials
Lost foam casting uses a variety of casting materials, of which the important ones are model materials, casting coatings and dry sand. The model material of lost foam casting is usually called beads. Casting beads are generally divided into PS-polystyrene beads and PMMA-polymethyl methacrylate beads, both of which belong to high polymer materials, and PS PMMA polymers. For ordinary low carbon steel castings, the carbon in the model material of the lost foam casting can easily cause the surface of the production casting to require carburizing, resulting in various carbon defects.
