The molding machine is a special equipment for the molding of the white area of the lost vanfollowing mold. It takes expandable polystyrene (EPS) or copolymer as raw material. After the raw material is foamed, dried and matured, the EPS and copolymer beads are automatically fed into the mold by the machine, and then steam is passed into the mold to heat and form the mold. After cooling and shaping, the foam plastic products are automatically separated from the mold by compressed gas.

The whole equipment is composed of molding machine support, upper mold base, guide post, lower mold base, hydraulic system, control cabinet and several parts.

Control system can be selected according to customer requirements (Delta, Siemens)(Note: High-voltage pulse feeding device can be selected by customers)

★　Main functions and advantages

The main structure adopts high strength (material optional welding, cast iron) frame and aging treatment, four guide column vertical layout, stable and reliable precision. The main components of the machine are selected from international famous brand products to form a superior mechanical-electric-hydraulic-pneumatic integrated system, which makes the machine reliable, low energy consumption, long life and high production efficiency.

The machine is controlled by programmable controller (PLC), the touch-type man-machine interface can set the process parameters, and the internal program can be applied to the molding process of most foam products.

The machine adopts pressure heating control mode, which can be adjusted by users according to their needs.

The movement is driven by the hydraulic system of the cylinder, with a differential circuit, and the operation is stable.
