The lost foam casting process flow
1. The production of foam plastic white model, the combination of casting system, the surface brushing of gasified model and spray special high temperature resistance coating and drying。
2. The special interlayer sandbox is put on the vibration work platform. Then we fill bottom sand(dry sand ), vibrate and slick flatly. The dried gasified model is put on the bottom sand. We fill the dry sand fully. By micro vibration for appropriate time,we can slick the box entrance flatly.
3. We cover it by plastic membrane, put the sprue cup, connect with the vacuum system and pump the vacuum. After the dry sand fastens and modeling, it begins to cast. The white model gasifies and disappears. The metal liquid replaces its place.
4. It releases the vacuum. After casting is condensed, it turnovers. We take out castings from the loose sand.
